    BOOKING INFORMATION

    To ensure the availability of a tent, we recommend booking your overnight stay in advance. Tours, on the other hand, can be discussed upon arrival and do not require prior booking. We also welcome last-minute bookings. If you plan to book your trip within 48 hours before your intended arrival, we suggest contacting us directly via Whatsapp or phone call. This will allow us to expedite the booking process and provide confirmation.

    Please note that our acceptance of bookings is subject to weather conditions and the availability of hosts and guides. Once you receive a confirmation email, your booking is considered final, and the following terms and conditions will apply. The confirmation email will contain additional information regarding your arrival and stay. If you have any special requests or need to modify your booking, please reach out to us directly.

    PAYMENT

     When booking directly with us, there is no requirement for a deposit or prepayment. You can settle the payment for your booking when you depart. Please note that we only accept cash payments and do not have facilities for credit card transactions in Wadi Rum Village. Therefore, we recommend that you bring sufficient cash with you. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay in advance, you can reserve your overnight stay on Airbnb and your tour on Tripadvisor.

    We strive to maintain consistent pricing across all our platforms, but sometimes variations may arise due to exchange rates or promotional offers. If you have made a booking with us and subsequently discover a promotion you missed, kindly inform us, and we will make the necessary adjustments to your booking.
